4. Prices & Fees
All prices are listed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT.
Any service or shipping fees will be shown separately during the booking process.
Prices may change until the booking is completed.
5. Ticket Booking & Contract Formation
Bookings made through our website, by telephone, or via e-mail at tickets@mirage.wien are binding.
After a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation and invoice via e-mail.
For group bookings, availability is checked first; a binding booking is only concluded when we send a confirmation.
6. Payment Methods & Due Date
Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process (e.g. credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal, bank transfer).
Unless otherwise stated, the invoice amount is due immediately.
In case of non-payment, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.
7. Right of Withdrawal / Exclusion of Withdrawal
According to § 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG), no right of withdrawal applies to contracts for leisure services that take place at a specific date or period (such as events, shows, or performances).
Therefore, cancellations or refunds of already purchased tickets are not possible.
Only one voucher or discount code may be redeemed per order; combinations are not permitted.
Vouchers
For vouchers purchased through our partner shop (e-guma / Idea Creation GmbH), no right of withdrawal applies (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 2 & Z 11 FAGG).
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed for ticket purchases.
Discount Codes
Discount codes apply only to regular full-price tickets and cannot be combined with promotions, reduced prices, or vouchers.
8. Rebooking
A rebooking to another date is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability.
Returns or cancellations of e-tickets are excluded.
9. E-Tickets & Delivery
E-tickets are sent to the e-mail address provided during booking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their e-mail address is correct.
If physical shipping is offered, the method, costs, and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
10. Ticket Loss & No-Show
No replacement or refund is provided for lost, stolen, or unused tickets (e.g. due to late arrival).
11. Transferability & Resale
Private transfer or gifting of tickets is permitted.
Commercial resale or use for advertising or marketing purposes is prohibited without explicit written permission.
12. Admission Conditions
Admission after the show has begun may be delayed until a suitable break or may not be possible.
Children under 5 years of age are not permitted.
Additional age restrictions may apply to specific performances.
13. Program Changes
Changes in cast, program, or schedule do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund or exchange.
14. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure (e.g. official restrictions, pandemics), the organizer will offer an alternative date or credit voucher.
15. Limitation of Liability
The organizer’s liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk.
16. Customer Obligations
Customers must check their tickets immediately upon receipt (date, event, seating) and report discrepancies without delay.
17. House Rules
The house rules of the venue apply.
Photography, filming, audio recording, and the use of mobile phones during the show are prohibited.
Use of the cloakroom is mandatory for coats, jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, etc.
Animals are not permitted (except certified assistance dogs).
18. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Austrian law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.
